Nichel is an excellent sprinter from Tennessee…she is in her third season with Eastern Kentucky…she finished seventh in the indoor 60 meters at the 2005 OVC championship…finished second in the preliminaries and eight in the finals of the 200 meters in 2005…she won her preliminary heat in the 200 meter at the 2005 indoor championship…she was a three time Tennessee state champion in the 100 meters and 200 meters during her high school career…we be a great asset in all the sprint events and has good range…she was injured during the 2005-2006 season and saw limited action…she is back and ready to improve at the Division I level…is a very good technician…a graduate of Notre Dame High School.
